The Allevi 6 is here and it’s going to change everything.
FOOTPRINT
We know how important real estate is on your lab bench. With this in mind, we designed the Allevi 6 to fit comfortably under your cell culture hood and maintain the desktop size that you love so much. The Allevi 6 measures 20 inches by 14 inches by 14 inches. It is the most compact and robust 3d bioprinter on the market.
SIX HEAD EXTRUDER
The Allevi 6 houses six temperature controlled extruders, ranging from 4C to 200C. This allows you to print a wide range of materials including hydrogels, cell suspensions, and thermoplastics.
PRINT BED
The newly designed print bed heats to 120C, allowing you to maintain cells at 37C and experiment with new materials. We’ve also expanded the dish insets so you can now print into petri dishes, well-plates and slides.
PRECISION
Sub 1 micron precision on x, y and z axes allow you to print the highest resolution structures.
AUTO CALIBRATION
Allevi 6 is the easiest to use bioprinter on the market. Gone are the days of manually calibrating your extruder before getting started with your print. Simply press calibrate and let the Allevi 6 do all of the work.
OPEN SYSTEM
The six head extruder loads standard 10ml BD luer-lock syringes making it easy to customize materials and ensure sterility. You can choose any bioink that can be extruded from a syringe.
UV AND VISIBLE LIGHT PHOTOCURING
With the Allevi 6 you can choose to cure biomaterials in either visible or ultra-violet light. The LEDs range from 365-405 nm.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Allevi 6 employs a sophisticated array of sensors and computer vision to automatically set the printing parameters for materials. It is also WiFi enabled to allow you to control your bioprinter wirelessly while it is under the hood. Powered by Allevi software, the Allevi 6 is easy to use.
PRESSURE PROFILES
The Allevi 6 runs off a compressed air pneumatic system. Automatic pressure calibration allows you to control extrusion and customize the deposition rates through out your print. Pressure ranges between 0 and 120 PSI to accommodate a wide range of viscous materials.
